I can’t recommend this Chinese takeout enough! The owner embodies a traditional, personalized approach to customer service that’s so rare these days. Despite my fussy requests ( no oyster sauce!), he always remembers every detail of my order, which truly sets this place apart. I requested for a substitute of lemon chicken instead of chicken fried rice (for combo) over the phone. The guy ( I think he’s the owner) said “yes” in a second. The food was still hot when delivered to my house via Uber. The sweet and sour pork and also the lemon chicken are amazing. You made me happy. I wish more people are as kind and generous as you are!
Wow! Hot Delivery delivers every time. A great way to satisfy late night cravings. Service is wonderful, they're so nice and friendly. They go above and beyond in terms of portion sizes, and the quality is consistent (I've been a repeat customer for four months now and have not been let down a single time). I would put 6/5 stars if I could.
We've never eaten in at Hot Delivery. It's always delivery or pick up for us. We are always very impressed with the quality and the quantity of the food when it arrives. The food arrives hot and fresh and the portion sizes are huge. Prices are very reasonable, too, especially if you pick up yourself and avoid the delivery and other miscellaneous add-on charges from the delivery service companies like Door Dash and Skip the Dishes.
Hot Delivery exceeded my expectations. They offered me different options for my party of 20 and was super flexible and accommodating with the timing of when I needed everything. The value for the amount of food we got was beyond! I would definitely recommend them for big parties or just for an on the go meal. I appreciate how friendly they all were.
If you’ve been waiting to try this restaurant, wait not a second more! I’ve pondered at the window of this lil’ well kept secret for a a few years now, and I am kicking myself for not trying it sooner. Holy moly, this is the best Chinese style takeout I’ve had in a long time!!! ESPECIALLY for price point. All the food you see in the picture is for under 60 and that includes a 20% tip. Furthermore what makes me want to shout this review from my soapbox is the fact that staff are incredibly friendly and kind. It was New Year’s Day and they were incredibly busy but I received full smiles and greetings! Pleasantries and smiles seem hard to come by these days. Well done, ‘Hot Delivery!’ I will surely be back soon. (Food ordered: Beef and beans in black bean sauce, deep fried prawns, green onion pancake, rice, sweet and sour sauce)
Wow! Really fresh ingredients, blazing fast made to order Chinese food that truly sets the standard of absolutely mouth watering and delicious food that I have been a grateful and devoted customer... Truly nthe best I've ever had to date ( SO GOOD YOU JUST CAN'T STOP EATING!) Years and years of consistency and great service.
